Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate marketing efforts across the SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises portfolio, ensuring the timely execution of brand campaigns, content production, seasonal initiatives, and third-party marketing activities. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing external partners, supporting pre-opening strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee marketing action plans across multiple resorts, aligned with seasonal business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead the coordination of marketing campaigns, photo and video shoots, content production, and promotional activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with PR agencies, media partners, OTA partners, and internal marketing teams.
  • Manage the rollout of marketing deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and brand alignment are met.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of press activities, including media invitations, press release distribution, and media visits.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and brand standards across all external and internal communications.
  • Coordinate third-party marketing activities (e.g., OTA listings, review platforms) in collaboration with revenue and digital teams.
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to marketing projects, campaigns, and content production, ensuring effective budget allocation and optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance reports and support the development of improvement action plans where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Revenue, F&B, Operations) to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong project management, campaign coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing across digital, PR, and offline channels.
  • Experience working with external agencies (PR, creative, media buying) and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Hospitality background is preferred.
