Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises portfolio.This role is responsible for managing deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that marketing projects are delivered on time, on brand, and in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and rollout of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and seasonal initiatives across multiple resorts.
- Brief and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Act as a liaison with external partners, including PR agencies, media partners, and suppliers, for asset delivery and campaign execution.
- Coordinate the production of marketing content, including assisting with the organization and logistics of photo and video shoots across the resorts.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Assist in the coordination of press activities, media visits, and promotional events where required.
- Maintain and organize internal marketing documentation, asset libraries, and project trackers.
- Support the preparation of marketing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing coordination, preferably within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills with both internal teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts across digital, PR, and offline channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hospitality background is considered a strong advantage.
