ART SHARM 2025

Where the Red Sea Meets the Canvas: ART Sharm 2025 Returns to Sharm El-Sheikh

Sharm El-Sheikh is preparing to welcome the world of art and culture with the return of ART Sharm 2025, a nine-day international art festival taking place at Tal Avenue from 21–29 September 2025.

ART Sharm 2025 is a joint collaboration between SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises and Ostraca Art & Development, proudly sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Egyptian Tourism Authority.

The festival brings together renowned artists from Egypt, the Middle East, and Europe for a vibrant celebration of creativity, cultural dialogue, and hospitality — positioning Sharm El-Sheikh as a leading destination for art and cultural tourism on the Red Sea.

A Global Lineup of Artists

ART Sharm 2025 welcomes a vibrant mix of 60 artists representing more than 20 nationalities, bringing with them diverse perspectives and cultural expressions. From Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Jordan, and Kuwait to Turkey, Iraq and the wider Middle East, the festival highlights the region’s creative pulse. European voices join from Romania, Montenegro, England, the Netherlands, North Macedonia and beyond, alongside artists from South Korea, India, Japan and the USA.

The lineup also includes notable figures who bring extra depth to the festival: Abaz Dizdarevic of Montenegro, Vice President of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants, adds a political and cultural dimension; Linda Lupi of Albania, a well-known TV presenter, bridges art with media influence; while celebrated Kazakh rapper Jah Khalib brings a contemporary music edge with a private concert at Vibe Club during the festival.

Together, this dynamic group of painters, sculptors, performers, and cultural influencers forms a living bridge between the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Americas — showcasing how art transcends borders and connects communities on the shores of the Red Sea.

A Bridge Between Art and Tourism

With the theme “Where the Red Sea Meets the Canvas”, ART Sharm 2025 positions Sharm El-Sheikh not only as a world-class beach destination but also as a cultural crossroads where art, travel, and community come together.

The festival highlights the role of SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises as a patron of the arts, providing hospitality, unique experiences and logistical support for international artists. Meanwhile, Tal Avenue emerges as a creative hub, bringing together visitors, locals and cultural enthusiasts in a vibrant urban setting.

Collaborations & Experiences

The event is a collaboration between SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises and Ostraca Art & Development, proudly sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Egyptian Tourism Authority. It is further supported by partners including Sipes (art materials) and Fun & Sun (cultural excursions), each contributing to the festival’s dynamic experience. Special digital activations — from Snapchat filters and curated Spotify playlists to immersive behind-the-scenes social media coverage — will extend ART Sharm 2025 beyond Tal Avenue, connecting global audiences with the vibrancy of Sharm El-Sheikh’s cultural scene.

Why ART Sharm Matters

ART Sharm 2025 is more than a festival; it is a statement about Egypt’s growing role in cultural tourism. By hosting international artists and creating platforms for dialogue and creativity, Sharm El-Sheikh strengthens its position as a destination that blends luxury hospitality with cultural depth.
