The kitchen draws from the ocean directly, translating the island's maritime richness into a menu that is precise, considered, and deeply connected to its surroundings. Outside, the Indian Ocean does the rest — morning brilliance giving way to one of East Africa's most spectacular sunsets, followed by the rare stillness of open water after dark.
